The Department of Neighborhoods (DON) brings local government closer to residents. Managing everything from the Historic Preservation programs and Neighborhood Matching Funds to the widespread P-Patch Community Gardening network, the DON manages a sprawling, diverse array of community data.

Keeping these community projects organized requires the stable digital environment provided by Seattle IT's cloud-forward infrastructure. However, a localized hardware failure can erase critical grant documentation, community records, or historic preservation archives that are difficult, if not impossible, to replace.

Traditional tech repair is inadequate for this level of municipal data loss. Seattle Data Recovery has elevated our services. Our new, dedicated lab is situated within the UW Medicine Building in Ballard. We operate strictly at the postgraduate level because professional data recovery requires professional spacing. The DON can rely on our advanced facility to retrieve and protect the data that connects Seattle's neighborhoods.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
