The Finance and Administrative Services (FAS) department manages business licenses, taxes, the animal shelter, and city assets. To support these diverse operations, the Seattle Information Technology Department (Seattle IT) provides centralized IT services, including hardware procurement for city employees.

The city maintains large enterprise agreements with Microsoft and Adobe to keep these administrative systems running seamlessly. But when a centralized workstation crashes, financial documents, tax records, and asset databases are put at risk.

Seattle Data Recovery has upgraded to meet these high-stakes needs. We have moved into the UW Medicine Building in Ballard. We understand that professional data recovery requires professional spacing. Operating at a post-graduate level, we can salvage data from the standard Windows machines procured by Seattle IT, minimizing downtime for FAS employees.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
