The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) manages an estimated $20 billion in transportation assets, tracking thousands of miles of streets, bridges, and traffic signals. Keeping this immense infrastructure running smoothly requires massive amounts of digital coordination. Like most city operations, SDOT relies on centralized hardware procured by Seattle IT, with a heavy emphasis on standard Windows-based systems integrated into robust cloud services.

Whether it involves traffic camera archiving, structural integrity databases for bridges, or long-term transit planning files, the loss of SDOT data can cause city-wide gridlock.

Now headquartered at the UW Medicine Building in Ballard, our facility reflects the reality that professional data recovery requires professional spacing. We provide SDOT with top-tier, hardware-level data retrieval, ensuring the critical files that keep Seattle moving are restored accurately and securely.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
