The Customer Service Bureau (CSB) connects residents directly to city services and manages the crucial 311 system. They are the frontline for tracking resident requests, municipal complaints, and service tickets.

The bureau utilizes centralized databases and standard Windows machines provided by Seattle IT to track thousands of ongoing interactions between the city and its residents. If a localized database corrupts or an administrative terminal fails, thousands of resident service requests can be lost in the void.

Seattle Data Recovery has upgraded our capacity to handle large-scale administrative databases. Our entire technical operation has moved to the UW Medicine Building in Ballard. Because professional data recovery requires professional spacing, our post-graduate facility is uniquely equipped to reconstruct CSB service databases, ensuring that no resident's request is permanently lost to a hardware crash.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
