Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) manages over 485 parks, community centers, pools, and extensive urban forests. To coordinate facility rentals, maintenance schedules, and public event programming, the department relies heavily on the centralized IT services provided by the Seattle Information Technology Department (Seattle IT).

The Windows-based systems and cloud infrastructure utilized by SPR store years of essential community data. When a local hard drive fails or an administrative workstation fails, the ability to serve the public is directly affected.

Seattle Data Recovery has evolved to provide a higher standard of technical support for these city services. Our founder no longer operates through the two-year Colleges; instead, our state-of-the-art facility is located in the UW Medicine Building in Ballard. Professional data recovery requires specialized equipment, and our postgraduate laboratory is fully equipped to extract and rebuild the operational data that keeps Seattle's parks and community centers running smoothly.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
