Enterprise storage failures demand specialized, lab-grade intervention. At Seattle Data Recovery, we don't offer shortcuts, generic software fixes, or free gimmicks. We provide dedicated engineering, an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom environment, and true tier-one migration strategies to get your business back online.
Our diagnostics are comprehensive, billable, and structured for corporate compliance. If your organization qualifies for pro bono data recovery under our active service member program, all intake logistics must be formally routed and approved through our legal partners at Fox Rothschild LLP for military coverage.
To initiate an immediate corporate evaluation and reserve bench time for your failed RAID or LaCie array:
  1. Submit Your Case: Contact our Seattle logistics team with your exact server, enclosure, and drive model specifications.
  2. Secure Transport: Ship or drop off your storage infrastructure directly at our secure laboratory facility.
  3. Lab Evaluation: Our engineers will execute native hardware interfacing, firmware analysis, and electrical diagnostics to provide a definitive recovery roadmap.
Don't risk permanent data destruction on a legacy array. Contact Seattle Data Recovery to authorize your diagnostic evaluation today.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
