Step 2: Utilize FedEx Office Packing Services

To ensure your hardware is fully protected, we highly recommend taking your bare drive directly to a fully staffed FedEx location.

• FedEx Office locations offer professional packing services and custom packaging for fragile, oversized, and high-value items.

• At the counter, trained professionals will use commercial-grade materials to cushion your device securely.

• If your item is professionally packed and shipped via FedEx, it is covered by their packing guarantee in the event of damage or loss.

• Please be aware that while you can declare a higher value, FedEx caps its liability at $1,000 for fragile items or "items of extraordinary value".

Service Note: If you are sending solid-state media to utilize our proprietary Super Processing data extraction, please ensure the staff packs the drive with maximum cushioning. We perform Super Processing exclusively on SSDs, as the high speeds and procedures place excessive hardware stress on standard mechanical HDDs.
