Seattle Data Recovery: Commitments to Neighborhood Safety & Access

As a dedicated technology provider operating within the University of Washington Medical District, Seattle Data Recovery fully endorses the citywide Seattle Business and Community Public Safety Initiative. In coordination with local corporate coalitions, our facilities management partners, and municipal safety guidelines, we maintain structured operational rules to guarantee a secure environment for medical staff, patients, and clients.
The following guidelines outline our precise building pathways, parking logistics, and interior security boundaries.

1. Exterior Transit Pathways & Parking Facilities

To ensure orderly traffic flow and maximize visibility around our medical corridor hub, building property access is strictly segmented by parking zone functionality:

  • Optimal Transit Route: Visitors and clients are highly encouraged to utilize the adjacent church parking lot as a primary, safe, and fluid access route around our main building. This pathway maximizes visibility and avoids commercial congestion.
  • The Monitored Upper Lot: The top parking lot is fully monitored, well-lit, and verified as a secure parking area for incoming clients and visiting professionals.
  • The Dedicated Lower Lot: The bottom parking lot is strictly reserved for credentialed medical personnel and clinical staff. Unauthorized vehicles parked in this lower facility will be subject to immediate towing to preserve emergency and medical provider access.
  • Restricted Waste Utility Zones: The trash dumpster enclosure area is strictly off-limits to non-medical personnel. This boundary is maintained to guarantee sanitary containment and adhere to local environmental health codes. For visitor convenience, dedicated public waste bins are located immediately inside the facility doors and throughout the common interior corridors.

2. Secure Interior Navigation

Because our building interfaces directly with active healthcare offices, interior pedestrian routes are divided into clinical and public transit pipelines to protect client and patient privacy:

  • Elevator-Only Client Access: All Seattle Data Recovery clients, drop-offs, and technology visitors must use the main building elevators to ascend directly to our suite on the 4th floor.
  • Restricted Stairwell Use: The building stairwells are reserved exclusively for medical staff, active clinicians, and internal patients. This restriction ensures that emergency egress routes remain clear and uncompromised.

3. Front Desk & Walk-In Operations

We maintain an active, secure physical presence on the 4th floor to handle all data intake needs efficiently:

  • Operational Hours: Walk-in client drop-offs and data consultations are accepted from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
