The Office of the Hearing Examiner functions as an independent administrative court for the City of Seattle, conducting hearings and issuing decisions on appeals regarding a wide variety of municipal actions, from land use permits to civil service disputes.

The digital case files, legal transcripts, and evidentiary databases required to conduct these hearings are massive and legally binding. If a hardware failure occurs on a centralized Seattle IT server or a localized legal workstation, entire dockets and legal proceedings can be delayed.

Traditional tech repair is inadequate for this level of legal data loss. Therefore, Seattle Data Recovery has elevated our services. We are no longer affiliated with the Seattle Colleges; our new, dedicated lab is situated within the UW Medicine Building in Ballard. Operating strictly at the post-graduate level, we know that professional data recovery requires professional spacing. The Office of the Hearing Examiner can rely on our advanced facility to retrieve and protect the legally binding data that keeps municipal justice moving.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
