The Seattle Office of Arts & Culture (ARTS) manages the city's public art programs, cultural partnerships, and extensive grant programs, such as The Creative Advantage. This office processes large volumes of high-resolution digital portfolios, architectural proposals, and grant disbursements.

The standard Windows-based computers and Adobe enterprise software used by ARTS are procured and managed by Seattle IT. When a drive containing a terabyte of unbacked-up public art proposals or critical grant financial data fails, the city's cultural investments are at risk.

Seattle Data Recovery provides elite, hardware-level intervention for these complex media and financial files. We have officially transitioned to a dedicated lab at the UW Medicine Building in Ballard. Operating at the postgraduate level, we know that professional data recovery requires professional spacing. The Office of Arts & Culture can trust our advanced Ballard facility to salvage irreplaceable data from cultural projects.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
