The Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL) invests in Seattle's youth, managing early learning programs, the Seattle Preschool Program, and K-12 educational grants. The financial records, family applications, and demographic data involved in these programs are immense and highly confidential.

DEEL relies heavily on the secure, centralized digital infrastructure and standard Windows-based endpoints maintained by the Seattle Information Technology Department (Seattle IT). Should a localized server fail or an administrator's drive be corrupted, the data loss could delay crucial educational funding for local families and organizations.

Seattle Data Recovery is positioned to prevent these catastrophic data losses. We have relocated to a premier facility at the UW Medicine Building in Ballard. Because professional data recovery requires specialized expertise, we operate strictly at the postgraduate level, ensuring that DEEL's vital educational databases are reconstructed securely.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
